It’s quite simply the things you or your employees do every day. This is a one day program which initially involves both of us sitting down together and discussing your needs. Once I know this I can set up a system that’s going to work for you. I'll install MYOB and customise it to suit your business needs. A tailored procedures manual will be developed and training given to you and your staff in day to day operation. The aim is to keep it as simple and efficient as possible.
Investment:

MYOB Training
One-on-one
Training is delivered on-site. Learn how to use MYOB whilst working on your business. This is a one day program tailored to suit your needs. Before we begin I will make sure your MYOB file is set up correctly and that everthing reconciles. We will then spend the day working on your accounts, learning as you go. This is a really hands on program and we can address problems and questions you have as we encounter them. Included in the cost is a customised procedures manual and 1 hour telephone support.

Quick Check-Up
Option 1
If you are not sure whether your MYOB file is set-up correctly then simply email it to me and I'll let you know. I'll check your chart of accounts, your linked accounts, payroll settings, balance sheet and make sure your control accounts all reconcile. If anything needs to be done I'll let you know.
$70 plus gst.
Option 2
Book a half day on-site visit for a complete system check up. List any questions you may have regarding the day to day operation of your MYOB and whilst I am there take the opportunity to improve your operations. I'll also teach you a few neat tricks to save you time on data entry.
$295 plus gst.
Small Group Training
A series of one day programs covering the following topics:
- Basic bookkeeping & accounting principles
- MYOB set-up
- MYOB basics
- MYOB day to day
- Reconciliation & BAS
- Payroll management
- Understanding reports & budgeting
- Shortcuts & tips
With a maximum of 4 people per class it is essential to book in advance. Go to Events and scroll through the months for more information.
