About Us
Based in Perth, with clients all over the West we specialise in establishing simple and efficient systems and procedures that really streamline your business bookkeeping obligations.
By simply being organised you can better manage your cash flow and save money on accountant’s fees, bank fees and ATO fines and penalties.
We are concerned about the quality of bookkeeping being offered today and all of our bookkeepers have a minimum of Cert IV in financial services.
We recognise that every client is different, that workloads can vary and that reporting requirements can range from non-existent to extraordinary - it's all about what You want.
You'll benefit from our knowledge of how other companies organise themselves (or how we organise them!) and you'll learn from other people's mistakes before you get the chance to make the same ones yourself.
We can work at your office on a regular and flexible basis or we can work from our own office in Perth - your virtual finance department.
You can even have you very own part-time or ad-hoc finance director.
Our team has experience of a broad range of business sectors and we have developed a good working relationship with all of our accountants so you can relax in the knowledge that we have access to all the support we could possibly need.
Our services also include MYOB installation, set up and training.
Our People
Being in the bookkeeping industry for so long she has an extensive knowledge in both practical and technical problem solving.
She is a wiz on MYOB and can customise the software to provide you with the solutions you need.
Our bookkeepers are all trained to manage your accounts in accordance with our Accounting Manual which is customised for each client. Whether on-site or off-site they always have access to one of the partners for advice or troubleshooting.
